OK lets get started

Unroll the line kit (copper tube)

Unroll the line kit on a flat surface.Use a hole saw to drill a hole in your cooler for your line kit to exit . keep the plug from the hole and slit it to go around the tubes and fill the hole after you have run the couplings through the hole. Try to pre think the path for the line kit. Copper work hardens every time it gets bent. You get about three bends in the same area and then it becomes to hard to bend any further.

Alright lets connect the unit to the cold plates

You can leave the extra rolled up line kit at the box or the condensing unit (but do not cut the line kit, if you do you will have the same catastrophic effect as cleaning the ice off your cold plate with a knife)

Take caps off of both lines, remove the strap on the top line if you need to move the coupling, thread and finger tighten the couplings until they stop turning. Last but not least use two wrenches ( One to keep the copper from twisting and breaking off and one on the swivel nut.) There are two seals on each coupling, the first is rubber and teflon which keeps the refrigerant in from leaking out while the couplings are going together and the second is a stainless knife edge that cuts into the other half of the coupling when you tighten the coupling with the wrenches.

You new Nova Kool comes full of refrigerant. Now all you need to do is put the power to it.
